Palmira vive en la localidad de el Torno, es nacida en la provincia Florida, de los valles cruceños, se dedica a la venta de patos, gallina, chancho, otros animales domésticos en el mercado de la comunidad, hace tres año que se dedica a esta actividad, vive en la casa de su hermana, ya que es separada de su esposo, no tiene hijos pequeño, el destino del crédito es para comprar animales, ya que se acerca las fiestas de fin de año y muchas personas compran pavos para la fiestas navideñas, también perritos y gatitos para regalar como mascotas, esta muy agradecida con la institución por el apoyo brindado.
