Asmaa J. is a 35 year old married lady with five children. She sells charcoal to residents of Barani in Malindi town where she resides. Asmaa has been operating the business for two years now she wishes to expand it with the loan she has taken.

This is the fourth time that Asmaa is taking a loan from KADET LTD. The loan amounts to Kshs.30,000 and the she intends to add more stock to her business as well as repair the business premises so as to propagate growth of the business. By growing the business, Asmaa will be able to satisfy her customers who are mostly from the local area and will also be able to look after her family.

Asmaa hopes to eventually own a wholesale charcoal business, selling to hotels around Malindi and to people residing outside the ever busy town.
