N. Asinath is 29 years old and lives in the town of Kabwohe in the Mbarara region of Uganda. She is married and has 2 children. Both of her children are currently in school. Asinath has a business of a retail shop, which she has had for 6 years.
To help expand her business, Asinath has requested a loan of 2,000,000 Ugandan Shillings from BRAC Uganda. The loan will be used to purchase sugar and soap. With the help of the loan from BRAC, Asinath hopes to generate greater profits and take care of herself. In the future, Asinath hopes to expand her business further.
