Pascual
Mr. Pascual works in agriculture, growing corn in the area of San Carlos. He has 2 children and is single. He is from Cochabamba, where he came from 12 years ago because he couldn’t go forward there. He has been lucky enough to find a parcel of land in the village of San Carlos, where he, with the help of his children, works in agriculture. His children work half of the day while they are in school. Mr. Pascual is very hard-working, and the money from this loan will be used for the Chaqueo (a prevalent practice in Bolivia, where farmers burn grasslands used for cattle grazing to enrich and fertilize it). He will also use the loan to buy seeds to plant corn, yucca, and citrus. He is very thankful for Emprender and Kiva for the confidence they have in him.
