The Raggal Yalla solidarity group was set up the day before the opening of the Banc Villageois in Keur Serigne Louga Sud on 27th September 2009. It is made up of 22 women who all live in the same neighborhood, and who are all friends or neighbors with the same interest of developing local business.

Mrs. Ndawa S., who is standing on the far right of the photo is in charge of the group. She is 40 years old, married and mother to seven children, as well as being guardian to two other children (a niece and nephew).

She has a van at the central market in her neighborhood, from which she sells various food products and clothing. Her new loan will allow her to strengthen her capacity to stock up with goods in order to increase her profit margin.

Her goal is to help her husband to improve the family's living conditions, in terms of food and health for example.

Le groupe de solidarité RAGGAL YALLA est créé à la veille de l'ouverture du Banc Villageois de KEUR SERIGNE LOUGA SUD le 27 septembre 2009. Il est composé de 22 femmes qui habitent toutes le même quartier. Elles se sont organisées par affinité et proximité et ont toutes le même centre d'intérêt qui est le développement de leur terroir.

Madame NDAWA S. debout à l'extrême droite de la photo est responsable du groupe. Elle est âgée de 40 ans. Elle est mariée et mère de 07 enfants et également tutrice de 02 deux enfants (une nièce et un neveu)

Elle gère une cantine au marché central de son quartier. Une cantine où elle divers produits alimentaires et vestimentaires.

Son nouveau crédit lui permettra de renforcer sa capacité d'approvisionnement en marchandise afin d'accroitre sa marge bénéficiaire.

Son objectif est de soutenir son mari dans l'amélioration des conditions de vie de sa famille. Par exemple la nourriture et la santé.
