Zainabu K. is in her early thirties and is married with three children. Zainabu has been running her own grocery store for the past two years where she sells food, juice, water and other goods. The shop is open daily between 7 am and 9 pm and earns Zainabu a small monthly profit.

This will be Zainabu's first loan with Tujijenge Tanzania. With this loan, Zainabu aims to increase her stock of goods, and thus expand her business. Zainabu wishes to expand her business and gain a good credit history in order to be eligible for an individual loan.

Zainabu will share the loan with her loan group Saiberia, which totals 15 members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable for repaying the loans.
