Fredrick K. K. is 46 years old and lives in the town of Masidi in the Hoima region of Uganda. He is married and has 8 children. Five of his children are currently in school. Fredrick has a business of a retail shop, which he has had for 7 years. He owns rental houses as well.
To help expand his business, Fredrick has requested a loan of 1,500,000 Ugandan Shillings from BRAC Uganda. The loan will be used to purchase and stock more items like soap and sugar. With the help of the loan from BRAC, Fredrick hopes to generate greater profits and pay school fees. In the future, Fredrick hopes to expand his business.
