Remigia's story

Remigia is a member of the Los Rosales D. Saylla Communal Bank. This bank is situated in the Saylla district, Cusco province, Cusco department.

Remigia, age 58, is married and has four children. She has been selling “chicharrones” (fried pork rinds) since the year 2000. She makes this typical dish from pork. She makes the chicarrones accompanied with golden potatoes and a salad of onion and herbs.

She is requesting the loan to buy pork for her weekly sale of chicharrones.
