Leyder Fernández Ramírez tiene 31 años de edad y vive en la ciudad de Cartagena con sus dos hijos, con los que sueña ver en un futuro exitoso y como grandes profesionales, por eso se esfuerza diariamente en su negocio de vender mercancía variada, para poder lograrlo, pues es una mujer jefe de su hogar con una gran responsabilidad.

Leyder inició su actividad comercial vendiendo mercancías, como ropa y calzado entre sus vecinos y amigos, gradualmente fue creciendo y encontró la forma de ganarse la vida como empleada de una empresa, relaciones que le han facilitado ensancharlo, porque ha logrado en este medio conseguir un mayor numero de clientes.

Durante los tres años que tiene con la Fundación Mario Santo Domingo ha logrado aumentar su capital de trabajo y acceder al servicio de asesoria empresarial, que le ha servido para mirar su negocio como una empresa. Con su credikiva que es el segundo financiamiento recibido de esta organización, comprará calzado, vestidos para damas y para niños, aprovechando que se acercan las navidades y con ellos sus clientes que son empleados, reciben las primas y bonificaciones, por eso desde ya le han encargado que los vista elegantemente como siempre lo hace.
