Sem V. is 24 years old and lives with his wife in the Takeo province. He is a construction worker building a house and is able to make about US $3 every day. His wife is a garment factory worker and makes US $3 per day as well. Since Sem V. spends a lot on transportation, he is asking for a loan of US $500 to purchase a motorbike as his way to commute to work.
