Ms. Lydia Junieth sells general merchandise. She has three children who attend primary school, and the reason she has this business is in order to support her household. She goes out selling everyday, distributing her products. She goes out very early because her different customers live far apart from one another.
Besides tending to her business, at home she takes the opportunity to tend to the needs of her family. Her dream is to be able to expand her business. Right now she needs this loan in order to buy shoes, cosmetics, clothing, and sheets. She and her husband are very responsible people who are always ready to work in order to fill their orders.

Fundación Leon 2000 works to further the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises through credit services and management, applying the best credit industry practices and technical expertise. Additionally, Fundación Leon manages several business and financial education programs in the community, specifically for young entrepreneurs and at-risk youth. Fundación Leon 2000’s group of experienced and dedicated employees works in 7 offices in Leon, Chinandega, Chichigalpa, Somotillo, Jinotepe, El Sauce, and Nagarote and serves several thousand clients (the majority of whom are women).
