A. Cathérine
Cathérine A. A. was born in 1963, in Adjohoun in the department of Ouémé, Benin. For the last thirty years or so, Cathérine has lived in Agbodjèdo, an area of Cotonou, Benin's economic capital.

Cathérine is married to Augustin Dossou and is the mother of four children, all of whom have received schooling. Cathérine lives with her husband and children, and the couple share the various household responsibilities. Cathérine did not go to school.

For the last twenty years or so, Cathérine has been selling various products (canned tomatoes, sardines, milk, pasta, palm oil, various condiments for sauces (onions, fresh tomatoes, peppers, spices, etc.), etc.) as well as corn, from her home. She obtains her supplies at Dantokpa, Benin's international market. Cathérine is a former ALIDé client, having already benefited from 5 loans which have all been fully repaid. To meet the demands of her growing number of customers, Cathérine wants to increase her activity and better satisfy her customers. That is why she is requesting another loan.

A. A. Cathérine est née en 1963 à Adjohoun dans le département de l’Ouémé au Bénin. Cathérine vit depuis une trentaine d’année à Agbodjèdo, un quartier de Cotonou, capitale économique du Bénin. Cathérine est mariée à DOSSOU Augustin et est mère de quatre enfants, tous scolarisés. Cathérine vit ensemble avec ses enfants et son mari. Le couple se partage les différentes charges de la famille. Cathérine n’a pas été à l’école. Depuis une vingtaine d’année, Cathérine mène comme activité la vente de divers produits (conserves de tomate, sardine, lait, les pâtes alimentaires, l’huile de palme, divers condiments de sauce (oignons, tomate fraîche, piments, épices), etc.) et aussi du maïs à son domicile. Cathérine s’approvisionne à Dantokpa, marché international du Bénin. Cathérine est une ancienne cliente de ALIDé, ayant déjà bénéficié de cinq crédits qui ont été tous bien remboursés. Face à la demande un peu plus nombreuse de sa clientèle, Cathérine désire renforcer son activité et mieux satisfaire sa clientèle. C’est la raison pour laquelle Cathérine sollicite un autre prêt.
