He is 27 years old, single, and has one child. Sr. Belisario provides public transportation services as a minibus driver. He works from 5am to 6pm, but he does not own the minibus. Belisario would like to buy a car. He also has a business selling spare parts. Belisario is requesting a loan to pay for his child’s education and to maintain his house.
