Since her son works at the municipal fish gathering center when he gets off work he buys fresh fish and takes it home where Teodora prepares this very typical Peruvian dish. She has managed to win over many customers who prefer her due to the service she provides.
What she enjoys most about her work is chatting with her customers. She has been in business for 15 years and considers the most painful thing to face as a mother is being unable to rehabilitate her son from a paralysis he has in half his body. For this reason she hopes to soon finish building her house to offer him a better quality of life.
