La socia Erika es casada y tiene 2 hijos de 07 y 09 años que estudian, Erika y su esposos se dedican a la producción de lácteos (quesos), Erika dirige una asociación de productores lácteos, que producen diferentes productos como quesos, mantequilla, manjar y yogurt, Erika desea fortalecer mas su asociación, el tiempo que esta en su Banco Comunal aprendió a ahorrar y con el préstamo que obtuvo mejoro su negocio, Erika solicita un préstamo para la compra de leche e implementar sus equipos.
Los sueños de Erika es educar a a sus hijos, fortalecer su asociación y tener una tienda de venta en la ciudad de Ica.
