La socia Elsa ; tiene 42 años de edad, la socia tiene 4 hijos y la socia es artesana y ella lleva todos sus trabajos a Urubamba para venderlos allá, La socia sale de su pueblo para buscar mejor postores para su trabajo, ella es una mujer que siempre sale adelante pese a las pocas oportunidades que el país da a los artesanos y a la situación económica baja que ella tiene sigue prestándose para poder comprar materiales y continuar con su trabajo y así crecer poco a poco. La socia solicita el préstamo para invertir en la compra de materiales y realizar su arte y finalmente viajar a Urubamba a llevar sus tejidos para la venta.
