Modal yang dia butuhkan setiap hari berkisar antara Rp 500.000,00 – Rp 1.000.000,00 dengan keuntungan Rp 50.000,00. Pinjaman sejumlah Rp 5.000.000,00 yang dia peroleh akan digunakan sebagai modal usaha dan untuk membayar sewa tempat di pasar. Dengan tambahan modal in dia berharap mendapat keuntungan sebesar Rp 65.000,00/harinya. Usaha ini dia kerjakan sendiri, sementara suaminya tinggal di Jawa. Dia bekerja sebagai petani. Usaha jual bumbu dan ikan asin yang sudah ditekuni sejak 12 tahun yang lalu mampu membiayai hidupnya dan anak – anaknya.
