Lutviyar M. is 44, married with three children, lives in the small village of Saatli district, where he now works as a farmer. His main business is agriculture and livestock breeding, which provides him with the means to meet the needs of his family. Lutviyar owns a large piece of land where he cultivates different kinds of vegetables. Due to the poor quality of the soil and the insects, he is no longer able to satisfy market demand. Very hard-working, he is asking for a loan of 1000 AZN to buy seeds, fertilizer and calves. The loan will greatly improve Lutviyar’s income and his family's living standards.
