She requests this loan to purchase merchandise in wholesale to increase her earnings and to make get better prices. She hopes to improve her financial standing and be able to have some home improvements made, to provide hr family with a better quality of life.

Columba M. is the president of the group. She is 58 years old and she has a grade 6 education. She is a widow and she has a son. She has sold crafts for the past 2 years. She requests a loan to purchase more merchandise in Mexico city for resale.

Se ve al grupo de señoras alrededor de la mercancía de doña Concha en la foto. Ella se dedica a la venta de cosméticos que inició hace 4 años. Solicita el préstamo para comprar su producto por cajas ya que así le sale más barato. Sus clientes la consideran una persona muy responsable y trabajadora, y ya identifican al negocio de la clienta. Al momento de solicitar este préstamo se siente contenta pues va a reinvertir en su negocio. Tiene 38 años de edad, estudió hasta la secundaria, es casada y tiene una hija. Quiere este crédito para comprar mercancía por mayoreo para incrementar sus ganancias pues logra comprarlas más baratas. También espera mejorar su situación económica y poder realizar mejoras a su casa para darle mejor calidad de vida a su familia.
