Duxon is 40 years old and has a small store in the front part of his house. He lives in a suburban zone of Paraíso de Guayaquil, a zone characterized by its mountainous roads.

He started his store seven years ago because there were no others in his sector and he needed to generate an income for his family. Little by little he began selling beans, and later added cooking oil, rice, and drinks. With this, he was able to establish his store. Now he works with his wife's help, tending the store in the evenings.

He wants to buy paper goods with the money from this loan, in order to stock the store with a greater variety of goods. In the future he wants to have his store well stocked with paper goods.
