Leonor is a 62 year old widow. She lives in the rural area of Suburbio. She has a call center.
She started this business in order to have financial stability when her husband died. With her son’s help she was able to buy some telephone booths and have a call center. She now works from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. One of the difficulties that she has with her business is that it is not very safe. She has been robbed on a few occasions.
In order for her business to continue with more success, she wants to use the loan to buy a machine that recharges cell phones. In the future she wants to improve her business and to continue being a close-knit family.

Cuando murió su esposo ella inicio el negocio para poder estar económicamente estable. Con la ayuda de su hijo pudo comprar algunas cabinas telefónicas y tener su centro de llamadas. Ahora ella trabaja desde las 07h30am hasta las 22h30pm.Una de las dificultades que tiene para su negocio es que no tiene mucha seguridad ya en algunas ocasiones los ladrones le han robado.
Para que su negocio siga con mas éxito ella quiere comprar con el préstamo una maquina de recargas celulares. En el futuro quiere mejorar su negocio y seguir unida a su familia.
