In 2009 Mẫn joined SEDA to gain access to its financial services. She has successfully repaid a previous loan of 5,152,000 VND from SEDA which she used to invest in expanding the business. Mẫn is now requesting a new loan of 8,288,000 VND which will be used for the same purpose. She plans to use all additional revenue to further improve and expand her business.
