Bun S. is widowed and lives with her three children in Phnom Penh City, Cambodia, an area known as the most populated city in the country.
S. sells soy sauce and vegetables for a gross income of USD 20 per day. She is requesting a loan of USD 600 to purchase more soy sauce and dried vegetables to stock her store. In the future, she would like to use any additional profit to repair her house.
This is S.’s first loan from CREDIT, a long-standing Kiva partner in Cambodia.
KREDIT Ltd. is one of Kiva’s most established partners in Southeast Asia. The organization empowers the economically-active poor and small entrepreneurs by providing inclusive financial services.
