Alnie F. is from the town of Sto. Niño. She is 47 years old, married and has 3 school-aged children. Alnie owns and operates a farming business, planting and harvesting rice for sale. Alnie has been engaged in her business for over 25 years and earns approximately 4,500 PHP a month from it.
Alnie joined CEVI to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Alnie has successfully repaid a previous loan from CEVI. She is requesting a new loan of 12,000 PHP which will be used to purchase fertilizers and other farm supplies. This will be the fourth loan taken out by Alnie from CEVI. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to improve her business and supplement the family's income. Alnie wishes for CEVI to continue to expand so more farmers could avail of its programs.
