Christine K. is 34 years old and was born in Gasabo, in the Province of the Town of Kigali, the capital of Rwanda. She is married and has one three-year-old child. Christine and her hamily live in Kinyinya- Gasabo- Kigali. She attended school to the secondary level, choosing a Biochemistry option. She is employed by a Pentecostal Church (ADEPR) in the Parish of Gasave, where she is secretary to the Reverend Pastor of the Church.

The loan granted by ACB is the 11th. The preceding loans enabled her to improve her family’s living conditions, and the present loan will serve to bring water into her home. Her savings are sufficient to pay the rent where she lives with her family until she can move to the house where she wants to install water pipes.

In the future, she plans to stop being an employee and embark on commercial activities. This will of course require another loan, which along with previous savings will stabilise her financial capabilities.
