Monsieur Diène s’active dans le commerce depuis plusieurs années à cause de son aspect lucratif. Depuis 1994 il gère une quincaillerie et s’adonne a la vente de ciment, de fer, de béton, et de briques. Aussi il a une expérience de plus de 30 ans dans la menuiserie et la maçonnerie.
Il est sociétaire de la caisse de Yoff depuis aout 2004 et y a déjà bénéficié de 3 prêts antérieurs. Il sollicite un crédit de 500 000 frs prévu pour l’achat de ciment, de sable et de béton destinés a la vente. En renforçant son stock de commerce il souhaite augmenter ses revenus afin d’acquérir un terrain et mettre sa famille dans des conditions meilleures.
