Dative is 42 years old and has 8 children who range from 6-24 years of age. Four of her children are in school, while the other children are not in school because she can’t afford to pay their school fees. Her husband is handicapped, yet he still practices farming.
Dative sells foodstuffs such as sorghum. She keeps these food items in large sacks in her store to create space for more items. She has done this business for 16 years. She wants a loan to buy more sorghum to add to her inventory. With a greater inventory she believes she will be able to sell larger amounts and generate more income.
