Filber, 25, lives in Cusco with his partner and their daughter, Melodi, 4.

At the age of 21, Filber learned how to distribute mobile phones in Lima and then returned to Cusco where he is applying his knowledge.

Filber has a store in the “El Paraíso” shopping center where he sells and repairs mobile phones. He can be found tending his store seven days a week from 9am until 9pm.

Filber expects to get 2000 new soles in his next loan that he’d like to use to buy more merchandise like mobile phones. His dream is to open a personal computer, clothing and brand name slippers store.

The “Señor de Ccoyllority Cachimayo” (Lord of Ccoyllority Cachimayo) communal bank has been in operation for three and a half years; Filber has been a member for several years and does well.

The members of this communal bank are devoted to Taytacha Ccoyllority (Lord of the Shining Snow) and this is why they named their communal bank thus.

Filber nació en la ciudad del Cusco, tiene 25 años y vive en la ciudad del Cusco junto con su pareja y su hija Melodi de 4 años.
A los 21 años, Filber aprendió a reparte teléfonos móviles en la ciudad de Lima y después regreso al Cusco donde está ejerciendo su aprendizaje.

Filber tiene una tienda en el centro comercial “El Paraíso”, donde hace mantenimiento y vende teléfonos móviles. Le pueden encontrar en su puesto de venta, los 7 días de la semana, desde las 9 de la mañana hasta las 9 de la noche.

Con su próximo préstamo, Filber que espera recibir S/. 2000 nuevos soles. Le gustaría emplear el dinero del préstamo para comprar más mercadería como teléfonos móviles. El sueño del socio es abrir una tienda de venta de computadoras personales y venta de ropa y zapatillas de marca.

El banco comunal “Señor de Ccoyllority Cachimayo” tiene tres años y medio de funcionamiento, Filber pertenece desde hace varios años al banco comunal y le va muy bien. Los socios de este lugar son devotos del Taytacha Ccoyllority (El señor de la Nieve Brillante) y por esa razón le pusieron el nombre al banco comunal.
