Luis wasborn in the Yucay district, Urabamba province, in Cusco department, Perú. He is 76 years old. Luis lives in Cusco city and his wife lives in Yucay. The communal bank "Cusi Ccoyllor de Chinchero" is 2 years old and is functioning. Luis has belonged to the bank for 2 years and is doing very well. The name of this bank is a Quechua term (the indigenous language) meaning "Beautiful Princess of Chinchero".

Luis nació en el distrito de Yucay provincia de Urubamba del departamento del Cusco, Perú y tiene 76 años. Actualmente, Cesar vive en la ciudad del Cusco y su esposa vive en Yucay. Hace muchos años atrás se casaron y fruto de este matrimonio tuvieron cuatro hijos de las cuales todos y son independientes. Cesar y su esposa, entregaron lo mejor de ellos, para sacar adelante a sus hijos y hoy en día se sienten orgullos de sus hijos porque la mayoría son profesionales.

Luis y su esposa tienen una pequeña tienda de abarrotes en la ciudad de Yucay, donde venden comestibles a sus vecinos y amigos. Cesar también se dedica a la sastrería, donde confecciona ternos. Le pueden encontrar en su negocio, que está ubicado en la ciudad de Cusco en el distrito de Wanchaq, los 7 días de la semana, desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 7 de la noche.

Con su próximo préstamo, Cesar que espera recibir S/. 1o00 nuevos soles. Le gustaría emplear el dinero del préstamo para comprar mercadería como por ejemplo arroz, azúcar, fideos y muchas cosas que servirán para abastecer la tienda.

El banco comunal “Cusi Ccoyllor de Chinchero” tiene dos años y medio de funcionamiento, Luis pertenece desde hace dos años al banco comunal y le va muy bien. El nombre del banco comunal es un término que en quechua (el idioma autóctono) significa “Princesa Hermosa de Chichero”.
