Cesar nació en la distrito de Pucyura provincia de Anta del departamento del Cusco y tiene 48 años. Actualmente, Cesar vive junto con su esposa y sus tres hijos en la ciudad del Chinchero.

Cesar se dedica a la venta de golosinas, chiles, galletas y muchas cosas más. Cesar tiene un puesto de venta, en el mercado de Chinchero, donde vende sus productos a los turistas nacionales y extranjeros que vienen a visitar la zona arqueología de chinchero. Le pueden encontrar en su negocio, los 7 días de la semana, desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 4 de la tarde o hasta que los turistas se vayan del lugar. Cesar también se dedica a la ganadería y agricultura.


Con su próximo préstamo, Cesar que espera recibir S/. 2000 nuevos soles. Le gustaría emplear el dinero del préstamo para comprar ganado y mercadería.

El banco comunal “Cusi Ccoyllor de Chinchero” tiene dos años y medio de funcionamiento, Cesar pertenece desde hace dos años al banco comunal y le va muy bien. El nombre del banco comunal es un término que en quechua (el idioma autóctono) significa “Princesa Hermosa de Chichero”.
