Milenka lives in her parents’ house where she has a small eatery that she opens mostly in the evening. She started working since a very young age helping her mother and she learned much.

Her specialty is Silpancho, a dish that is typical of the area (consists of a base layer of rice, followed by a layer of boiled and sliced potatoes, followed by a thin schnitzel-style meat, followed by another layer of chopped tomato, onion and parsley mixed together and topped with either one or two fried eggs.)

She took out the loan to improve her eatery; she will buy a television set, DVD player and tablecloths. She is now one more client of Emprender and Kiva.

Having gotten the opportunity to grow more and improve her income, the young lady has many wishes among which is to have a large restaurant that is well-known by customers.
