Alejandro A. M., 28, has lived with Elsa Olivera Muñoz for over ten years. They have two dependent minor children and live in the Aguirre sector which is located 42 km from Cochabamba. Alejandro is a construction worker who builds housing in the same area. He is a humble but hard-working person and needs the money to purchase a plot of land in order to build his own house. It is very difficult to go to the Banks in the city for it where they have many requirements.
CIDRE took the iniciative of going into that area and granting loans and Alejandro is very happy to have been able to get a loan from them. Now he will be able to purchase the lot that was for sale and so will have his housing and be able to provide greater comfort to his family.
