Olga works daily at her job as a secretary, and in her free time she supports her mother in her dressmaking workshop.
Twelve years ago she set up this workshop in her mother's house with the goal of helping her mother economically, since as a dependent worker she did not have much income and was lacking the money needed to support the expenses of her mother.
Today, she has managed to provide a stable economic situation for her mother, and above all, it is an activity that makes her feel good and useful. She has been able to buy her equipment and gradually improve the setup of her workshop.
One of Olga's main desires is to be able to acquire some land and manage to have her own home. The loan requested will be invested in materials such as fabric, thread and buttons to supply her workshop with materials.
LA SRA. OLGA SE DEDICA DIARIAMENTE A SU TRABAJO COMO SECRETARIA Y EN SUS TIEMPOS LIBRES APOYA A SU MAMÁ EN SU TALLER DE COSTURA Y CONFECCIONES.
HACE DOCE AÑOS, EN LA CASA DE SU MAMÁ INCIÓ ÉSTE TALLER CON EL FIN DE APOYAR A SU MAMÁ ECONÓMICAMENTE, YA QUE COMO TRABAJADORA DEPENDIENTE NO TIENE MUCHOS INGRESOS POR LO TANTO NO LE ALCANZABA EL DINERO PARA SUSTENTAR LOS GASTOS DE SU MADRE.
HOY EN DÍA HA CONSEGUIDO BRINDARLE UNA ESTABILIDAD ECONÓMICA A SU MAMÁ Y SOBRETODO UNA ACTIVIDAD QUE LA HACE SENTIR BIEN Y ÚTIL, HA PODIDO COMPRAR SUS ARTEFACTOS E IMPLEMENTAR UN POCO MÁS EL TALLER.
UNO DE SUS MAS GRANDES DESEOS ES PODER ADQUIRIR UN TERRENO Y LOGRAR TENER SU CASA PROPIA.
EL PRÉSTAMOS SOLICITADO LO INVERTIRÁ EN LA COMPRA DE MATERIALES COMO TELA, HILOS, BOTONES PARA SURTIR DE MATERIAL SU TALLER.

This is a Group Loan
In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
Kiva's Field Partners typically feature one borrower from a group. The loan description, sector, and other attributes for a group loan profile are determined by the featured borrower's loan. The other members of the group are not required to use their loans for the same purpose.
