Mrs. Yem K. N., age 37, is a street-vendor selling dried fish, earning around $2 per day in profit. Her husband sells vegetables to earn around $3 per day. They have one child who is a student. She would like to request a loan of $500 in order to purchase a motorbike to transport their vegetables and fish from the market to their stalls. This will increase efficiency, allowing them to purchase the freshest produce and open their stall earlier in the morning, thereby increasing access to customers and increasing revenue.
