Gideon is a hardworking 33-year-old man. For six years, he has been running Fair Deal Auto Tech shop where he sells vehicle spare parts. He employs two people because he also runs a retail shop and does farming. He was previously a mechanic, which is how he got into the business of selling spare parts. He joined Arise & Shine group with Faulu Kenya, whose members are accountable for any member who takes a loan. With the group, he has previously received two loans. He has requested 50,000 KES to purchase shock absorbers, bearings, and rims. He hopes to expand his shop and move to a larger location. Gideon is the father of Shirleen, a one-year-old girl.
