William is 26 years old, married, and has a three year old child. He has been selling milk for four years to earn a living, but was previously employed. He packs milk in polythene paper bags and he hopes to get his milk packed in decent containers in the future. This will help him market his products in a better way. His main challenge is lack of proper storage facility. Hence, he has requested a loan of 40,000 KES to purchase a refrigerator. He hopes to own a big shop to sell milk in five years.
