Norbertina H. H. has always been very enterprising. With great effort, her parents managed to provide her with a primary school education. She continued on to complete high school and start a career as an office technician. This experience taught her the importance of education and now she channels all of her efforts into providing a college education for her son. She is very happy with her previous loan from Kiva and says that it was used entirely for her son so that he can finish his university degree in accounting. Norbertina has already repaid this loan as her son competed the semester. Now that he is starting his seventh semester, she is requesting a new loan in the amount of 1,774,500 COP in order to pay for it.

Norbertina has a business selling merchandise. Her first loan from Fundación Mario Santo Domingo was issued in 1994 in the amount of 110,000 COP. Since then she has taken 25 more individual loans to use as operating capital. She continues with her goal of becoming a wholesale distributor and with her microenterprise, she wants to generate sufficient income to maintain her household and provide the best possible conditions. Norbertina H. H., ha sido muy emprendedora. Sus padres con gran esfuerzo lograron darle una educación primaria y continuó por su cuenta con estudios secundarios y una carrera como técnico de oficina. Esta experiencia le enseñó la importancia de la educación, y ahora dirige todos sus esfuerzos para proporcionar una educación universitaria de su hijo. Está muy contenta con su anterior Credikiva y dice que todos los tiene destinados para que su hijo finalice la carrera universitaria de Contaduría; En la actualidad terminó de pagar el credikiva anterior y como su hijo ganó el semestre, pasó al séptimo, por eso ahora solicita un nuevo crédito por valor de $1.774.500 COP para pagarlo. Norbertina tiene un negocio de vender mercancia. Su primer crédito con la Fundación Mario Santo Domingo fue en el año 1994, por COP $ 110.000 , y desde entonces ha añadido 25 más préstamos individuales a su capital de trabajo.
