Muhsen A. S. is a 26-year-old man from Jabalia, a city in the Gaza Strip. Muhsen took barber's training courses and used the old shop his father owned to start a barber shop. He bought all of the tools he needed by using the savings from his previous job and with the help of his family.
Muhsen has been in business for three years now. He needed new chairs because the old ones were second-hand chairs in bad condition. Muhsen came to FATEN, took a $1,500 loan, and bought new chairs, like the one you see in the picture that shows Muhsen at work.
Muhsen has established a good reputation that has made many customers want to come to his salon.
