The main source of income for the business comes from raising pigs for fattening and sale. She also helps her husband maintain their rice farm by keeping it free of weeds and pests. She also sells their harvest in their town's market. Erlinda has been engaged in her business for over 10 years.

Erlinda joined CEVI to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to do business. Erlinda has successfully repaid a previous loan from CEVI. Erlinda is requesting a new loan of 12,000 Philippine pesos (PHP) which will be used to purchase livestock feed & also farm supplies. This loan will be the fourth loan taken out by Erlinda from CEVI. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to pay the tuition fees of her children and improve her family's living conditions.
