La Asociación Comunal “Quisirmitas” (hormiguitas en Aymara) es una asociación que solicita crédito por primera vez, está compuesta por ocho mujeres y un varón, tienen como presidenta a la señora Bertha M.. La mencionada asociación comunal pertenece al Centro Focal de Los Andes.

La señora Bertha tiene como negocio la venta de medias, desde hace 10 años. Su puesto está ubicado en la Zona 16 de Julio, sobre la avenida Panorámica.

Este primer crédito es por Bs.2000.- ella indica que servirá para la compra de mercadería, cuanto más surtido está el puesto mejor sería la venta.
