Lucia Del Carmen
Lucia is 41 years old and lives in “Fortín de Guayaquil” a suburban area with dirt roads and eroding hills). She has a paper goods-hardware store (where she sells not only paper goods, but also hardware, and home improvement items).

In order to maintain her home, Lucia had to buy the paper goods store so that she could sell to her neighbors and acquaintances in the sector. Little by little, and with some effort, she was able to diversify her business with hardware. She sells paper goods, door knobs, glue, paint, etc.

She wants to buy notebooks with the money from this loan, in order to increase her inventory. In future she would like to expand her shop so that she can display more items.
