Luis Carlos A. Z. is a youth of 24 years of age who lives in the central area of the city of Cochabamba. He lives in his parent's home with his brother and his younger sister. Luis and his brother attend the University, and at night they study to become chefs. The family has had a restaurant in Cochabamba that serves traditional food for more than 30 years, and it is a restaurant that is well known in the city for its quality and cleanliness. Luis needs a loan to replace his kitchen utensils, because the ones he has are very old. He tells us that his main dream is to be able to open branches of his restaurant throughout Bolivia, and in this way manage to accomplish a dream that his whole family would like to see become reality.

Luis Carlos A. Z. es un joven de 24 años que vive en la zona central de la ciudad de Cochabamba. Vive en casa de sus padres junto a su hermano y su hermana menor. Luis y su hermano acuden a la Universidad y por las noches a un instituto para convertirse en Chefs.
Todos juntos tienen un restaurant de comida tradicional de Cochabamba por más de 30 años y son un restaurant muy conocido en la ciudad por su calidad y limpieza. Luis necesita el préstamo para poder renovar sus utensilios de cocina que tiene puesto que estos ya están muy usados.
El nos cuenta que su mayor sueño es poder en un futuro abrir sucursales de su Restaurant por todo Bolivia y de esa manera lograr cumplir el sueño que está pendiente de toda su familia.
