Gisella Natividad
Gisella is 35 years old and lives in Orquídeas de Guayaquil, an urban area where many orchids once grew. She sells products manufactured by Avon, a company that helps enterprising women reach their potential as sales representatives.

Due to financial necessity, one of Gisella daughters began selling perfumes and crèmes at school. Gisella could not resist any longer, so she decided to talk with her daughter who gave up her sales so that Gisella could start selling these products. Over time and with effort, she had the income to support her family. She sells perfumes, crèmes, make-up, and other items.

In order to continue her Avon business, Gisella needs a loan to buy crèmes and perfumes. In the future she wants to continue working and buy a car so that she can get around faster.
