The SOPE CHEIKH SADBOU AÏDARA cooperative group is made up of 12 women, formed on 12/14/2008 out of the management committee of the Banc Villageois which supports it (TOUB. SERAS1). The members are all married and mothers of at least three children, and range from 30 to 60 years old. They live in the same neighborhood and have worked together for several years. The group’s activities are fattening of livestock and smallscale trade. This new loan will allow them to strengthen their business activities.

The president, Sokhna D., seated at bottom center of the photo and pictured again at bottom right, is 32 years old, married, and the mother of three children. She fattens sheep and has a small clothing business. With her new loan she plans to buy sheep that she will fatten and resell after five months. She will also buy clothing for her business. Her goal is to support her husband in the care of the family and to increase her savings.

SERAS1). Elles sont toutes des femmes mariées et mères d'au moins 03 enfants, elles sont âges de 30 à 60 ans. Elles sont du même quartier et ont longtemps travaillé ensemble depuis plusieurs années, Les activités dans ce groupe sont l'embouche et le petit commerce. Ce nouveau prêt leur permettra de renforcer leurs activité commerciales.

La présidente Sokhna D., accroupie au milieu et mise en médaillon est âgée de 32 ans, elle est mariée et mère de 03 enfants. Elle fait de l'embouche ovine et du petit commerce d'effets vestimentaires. Avec son nouveau prêt elle va acheter des moutons qu'elle va engraisser et revendre au bout de 5 mois, elle va également acheter des effets vestimentaires.
Son objectif est de soutenir son mari dans la prise en charge familiale et de renforcer le niveau de son épargne.
