Mouhamad, 36, is living in southern Lebanon. He is engaged and plans to get married soon. He has been working in agriculture since 1995. He plants all type of fruits and vegetables depending on the season. He plants watermelon, tomatoes, potatoes, lettuce, etc. Also, he has been managing his own olive oil production. Today, Mouhamad has requested his third loan: to prepare his land to be planted with rootstock. He has repaid his previous loans on time. His previous loans allowed him to improve his work and increase his income. His family depends on his income because it is additional revenue for them. For the future, he plans on getting married and wants to be able to provide the best to his future wife. He wants her to be very proud of him and does his best to improve his work in order to do so.
