Srey Ros Group
Mrs. Srey R. is a farmer who owns a plot of land to cultivate rice on, and aside from farming, she is also a grocery seller and pig breeder who is able to earn a small income to help support her family. For pig breeding and farming, Mrs. Srey R. decided to ask for a loan to buy fertilizer and to pay for a laborer to plow her farm to grow rice. She plans to use the rest of the loan funds to buy pig feed for pig breeding. Her husband, Mr. R. Peng, is a construction worker and also helps his wife with her businesses. This couple has two children, who are both attending the local school.

This is a Group Loan
In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
