Saturnina

La ciudad de Rayanniyoc se encuentra media hora de la ciudad del Cusco y a una hora de la ciudad del Urubamba. Los pobladores de la ciudad de Rayanniyoc se dedican a la agricultura y a la ganadería.

Saturnina, tiene 50 años, es casada y tiene tres hijos. Su actividad económica principal es la crianza de animales menores y la venta de hortalizas y verduras. Ella lleva sus productos a la ciudad del Cusco al mercado de Wanchaq los días jueves y sábados.

Saturnina pertenece al banco comunal “Villa Rayanniyoc” de la Asociación Arariwa. Ya son varios años que participa en el banco comunal y le va muy bien porque es una persona responsable y puntual con sus pagos. Ella requiere el préstamo para comprar animales críos como por ejemplo ovejas que cuestan 150 soles o 180 soles y después los engorda para venderlos en las ferias de las comunidades.
