Martin Ramón D. L. P. has a large family that consists of his wife and 3 children ranging in age from 22 to 40 years old. He owns a business, insiD. a very popular mall in central BarranquilL., where he deals in everything related to cell phones of all kinds from the oldest to the most recent, as well as accessories and service centers. He has a stall here where he sells cell phones and different cell phone accessories. He started as a businessman selling cigarettes, then selling food brought in from Maicao, a city in the Department of Guajira in northern Colombia. Since he found a public space he relocated to this large shopping center and here he decided to sell soft drinks and ice wholesale. He eventually became tired of this, and along with another friend, he decided to sell cell phones and gradually, he introduced accessories like cell phone holders, cases and other items.

Martin has been in the Fundación Mario Santo Domingo programs for 8 years now and they have given him loans for the purchase of fixed assets and to invest in working capital. Since then his business has become more chic and generates more income because of his place in the shopping center. Currently, he is requesting a loan to buy new styles of cell phones and to update the line with the current models that have flooded the market. Right now his desire is to grow his business and have a variety of merchandise in order to compete by having what his customers need and want and above all, to have the most up-to-date merchandise in the market. For this reason he wants to keep investing money into his business. Also, he plans to enjoy his grandchildren more as this makes him very happy.

Él es propietario D. un negocio, en un interior D. un centro comercial muy popular, en L. zona central D. BarranquilL., donD. se encuentra D. todo lo relacionado con los celulares en todas las marcas, desD. los más antiguos hasta los más modernos, así como accesorios y centros D. reparación D. estos mismos; es allí donD. Martin tiene un puesto D. venta D. celulares y diversos accesorios relacionados con esta línea; él Inició su vida como comerciante vendiendo cigarrillos, luego comercializando víveres que traía D. Maicao, un municipio del departamento D. L. Guajira al norte D. Colombia; como se encontraba en el espacio púbico, fuè reubicado en este amplio centro comercial donD. hoy se encuentra y ahí decidió vender hielo al por mayor y refrescos, pero luego enfermó y con otro amigo se dedicó a vender celulares y gradualmente le metió accesorios como porta celulares, carcasas y otros detalles.
Martin tiene 8 años D. estar en los programas D. L. Fundación Mario Santo Domingo, quien lo ha financiado para L. compra D. activos fijos y para invertir en capital D. trabajo; y desD. entonces su negocio está más elegante y genera más ingresos porque se ha posicionado en estas instalaciones. En L. actualidad solicita a esta organizaciòn un credito para comprar nuevos estilos D. celulares y modernizar L. linea D. ellos con actuales modelos que han salido al mercado.
Su sueño en este momento es capitalizar su negocio y tener variedad D. mercancías para competir con L. diversidad, teniendo lo que el cliente necesite y le guste y sobre todo lo más moderno que aparezca el mercado, por eso debe estar constantemente inyectándole capital D. trabajo a su negocio. También sueña con disfrutar más D. sus nietos y es un propósito que se ha trazado y que le genera mucha felicidad.
