Emma Estela
Emma, 56, is married and lives with her husband with whom she has six children, all of whom are already married. Thanks to Emma’s store having grown significantly and to the fact that there are more people who live in her community now than there were 6 years ago when she started selling consumer goods, the capital with which Emma is working is not enough. Thus she is requesting a loan to invest and restock her store since food demand keeps growing.

Emma wants to enlarge her retail space and install cabinets and shelves so that the store has a better appearance. Emma has worked on two occasions with Kiva and she is grateful to God first and foremost for the blessing of obtaining credit and to the Kiva staff for the funds that they have provided since each loan has been a generous amount.
