Doña María Elena trabaja en la alcaldía Municipal de Chichigalpa desde hace 9 años desempeñándose en el cargo de Recepcionista y al mismo tiempo estudiaba para auxiliar de enfermería y la cual ya se recibió hace 3 meses.
Ella trabaja con Ceprodel desde hace 4 años y en todo este tiempo ha obtenido 7 créditos los cuales han sido para hacerles mejoras a su vivienda y otros gastos, siendo este ultimo para gastos universitarios de su hijo.
